FreshCo Water Damage Repair provides professional water damage restoration, flood repair, mould remediation, and related emergency services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Emergency Response & Access
For emergency restoration services, you agree to provide our technicians with safe and timely access to the affected property. Failure to provide access may result in additional damage for which FreshCo Water Damage Repair cannot be held responsible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For major structural restoration projects, we may require an initial deposit prior to the commencement of work.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, FreshCo Water Damage Repair is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage not detectable during initial assessment, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or supply chain issues).
6. Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FreshCo Water Damage Repair and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
